Videos can use content-based copyright law contains reasonable use Fair Use (https://www.youtube.com/yt/copyright/).  Inside the Actors Studio host James Lipton has died age 93.  The  American writer, lyricist and actor passed away peacefully on Monday morning at his New York City home after battling bladder cancer.   His wife Kedakai Turner, confirmed the news to TMZ, saying: ‘There are so many James Lipton stories but I’m sure he would like to be remembered as someone who loved what he did and had tremendous respect for all the people he worked with.’  James was the executive producer, writer and host of the Bravo cable television series Inside the Actors Studio, which ran from 1994 right up until 2018.  The infamous programme saw each one-hour episode feature a top performer in an intimate and in-depth one-on-one interview with James.  A whole host of celebrities appeared on the show, including the likes of Al Pacino, Drew Barrymore, Jane Fonda, Liam Neeson, Kate Hudson, Nicolas Cage, Alec Baldwin, George Clooney and Tom Cruise.  Besides Inside The Actors Studio, James also made several television appearances as himself, including Glee, Family Guy and The Simpsons.  He also starred as Dr. Richard Rohl in Suburgatory and played Warden Stefan Gentles in Arrested Development.  Tributes have been pouring in thick and fast for James, with Piers Morgan tweeting: ‘RIP James Lipton, 93, host of “Inside The Actors Studio.” Interviewed all the greats, and did so with such skill, intelligence & charm.  ‘An absolute master of his craft, always so well prepared. His favourite actor? Charlie Chaplin. Why? “He was the best, a genius.”  The Simpsons’ executive producer Al Jean, wrote: ‘@TheSimpsons no one could do a better Wolfcastle interview than James Lipton RIP.’  Talkshow host Andy Cohen, added: ‘#JamesLipton was a warm, meticulous man with a great appreciation of the arts and wicked sense of humor. He was the face of Bravo who delivered us one-of-a-kind interviews with a breadth of superstars. He was always so kind to me…  ‘When he found out how much I love Diana Ross, he insisted on taking me to see her in concert. He really cared about what he did.  ‘If you got booked on his show, it meant you’d made it, and had the talent to back it up. What a good guy. James Lipton will be missed.’
