Clint Eastwood vs. John Wayne – interview

Both actors are great. Clint Eastwood tells how his film characters differ from the ones John Wayne played and he even imitates Wayne : ) The interviewer is James Lipton. The films they’re talking about in the beginning are of course those from the “Dollars Trilogy”. The director Clint is talking about is Don Siegel, who directed the first Dirty Harry film, and 4 other Clint Eastwood films. “The Shootist” (1976) actually was John Wayne’s last film.
